Responsibilities

• Make first calls to prospective students.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students
• Send strategic and targeted emails to prospective students
• Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
• Get feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required.
• Connect with prospective students by answering incoming phone calls, and attending to all admission incoming. emails.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with students, and colleagues effectively.
• MuItitasking skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously without compromising the quality of service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
• Follow up with students for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
