Candidates must possess SSCE/GCE (O/L) or its equivalent with at least 5 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics with a good University degree plus four (4) years cognate experience.
Candidate must have NYSC certificate and be computer literate or Master's degree and be computer literate.
