    Administrative Officer

    Job Purpose and Scope

    • The Admin/Accounts Officer shall assist and be personally responsible for general administration support and reports to the Admin and Accounts Manager Support engagement & transactions with financial & regulatory institutions (Bank, Tax office, NSITF, ITF, OSP).
    • Receipts, recording, safe filing and archiving of correspondences documents
    • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
    • Ensure functionality of office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed
    • Coordinate logistics support for travelling officers and meetings
    • Support Payroll and Vendor invoice processing
    • Manage Liaison with logistics support companies
    • Leave plans and duty register compliance monitoring. Cost verification and analysis for Contracts and purchases.
    • Drafting and editing of letters, reports, memos, and emails.
    • Data management (entry and quality check) in Inventory and other related 
    • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systemsMeeting planning & Meeting room management Any other duties as may be assigned

    Professional Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc in any of the Humanities or Social Sciences
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Administrative or Accounting role.
    • Relevant professional certifications.
    • Proficient in the use of computers, familiar with Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
