Responsibilities
Office Management:

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Policy Compliance:
Ensure that the organization's policies and procedures are followed.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and implement necessary changes.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues or challenges that may arise.
Collaborate with other departments to find effective solutions.
Team Support:
Provide support to various departments as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Technology Proficiency:
Utilize office software and tools for efficient record-keeping, communication, and data analysis.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues or coordinate with the IT department for resolution.
