As the Administrative Liaison Manager, you will serve as the key coordination point between the organization and legal professionals, institutions, and internal teams.
You will manage administrative processes, stakeholder communication, and ensure smooth liaison with members of the legal community in line with professional standards.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and legal professionals, institutions, and partners
Coordinate administrative processes, documentation, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Support management with scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities
Ensure compliance with professional standards and protocols within the legal ecosystem
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Nigerian Law School certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administrative, liaison, or legal support roles
Strong understanding of legal professional structures, ethics, and administrative processes
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
