    Administrative Executive

    Department: Admin

    Report To: Managing Director   

    Salary- N180,000    

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Assist in preparing and organising documents and files, including drafting correspondence, memos, and reports, and ensuring all documentation is filed and maintained appropriately.
    • Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and generating reports as required.
    • Coordinate and organize events, such as meetings, conferences, and seminars, including logistical arrangements, attendee management, and preparation of materials.
    • Manage general office administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs, to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
    • Act as a liaison between the team and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments, to facilitate communication and collaboration.
    • Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software.

    Required Competencies:

    • Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information and confidential documents.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
