Administrative Assistant at Rotic Aluminium Extrusion

• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
• Maintain filing systems and office records.
• Handle office supplies and inventory management.
• Assist with customer inquiries and general administrative tasks.
• Support management and team members as needed.
• Receive and direct visitors or external inquiries professionally.
• Support logistics and other administrative assignments as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Proven experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace and other technological tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
