Administrative Assistant at Committed To Good (CTG)

Overview.

Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Administrative Assistant will support on all roles as regards file archiving, database management, ICT related functions, personal assistant roles and other such functions as may be assigned

Key Responsibilities for the Role

• Data entry functions
• Manage time sheet and organization calendar
• Ensure accurate database management and recording
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Plan special events and function with other departments
• Processing of all admin request from staff
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

Requirements for the Role

• Bachelor's Degree in any social science/arts related course
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience as an Admin Assistant, Officer or any other HR or office related functions or similar roles
• Professional certification will be an added advantage
