    Admin | Operations Officer

    Job Summary:

    • The Admin | Operations Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring smooth operational processes across the organization. This role plays a key part in coordinating internal resources, maintaining office systems, and facilitating communication between departments to enhance organizational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Point-man within the business for all office needs and enquiries
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
    • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation.
    • Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) and databases.
    • Support implementation of operational policies and procedures.
    • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Track operational KPIs and provide timely reports to management.
    • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, and petty cash handling.
    • Coordinate procurement processes including purchase orders and delivery tracking.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or task management tools is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
