    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring smooth office processes to enhance organizational productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities and operations.
    • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
    • Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management.
    • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documentation.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars where required.
    • Support staff with administrative and operational needs.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and official communications.
    • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
    • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
