    Admin/HR Officer (Owerri)

    Salary Range: ₦45,000 - ₦50,000

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/HR Officer to oversee administrative functions and manage the human resource needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies and logistics.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
    • Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
    • Handle payroll, leave administration, and performance appraisals.
    • Support management with reports, memos, and other administrative tasks.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
