Admin/HR Manager at Excel and Grace Consulting

We currently seek a driven, creative and passionate individual to fill this role:

Location: Port Harcourt

Job Description and summary of responsibilities:

• Ensure that all resources [human and material] are available when needed and effectively utilized.
• Ensure that team follows company quality and service standards.
• Determine staffing needs and develop work plan based on work volume.
• Monitor the weekly performance of all employees.
• Ensure that staff stays up-to-date with business and product knowledge.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
• Organize trainings for staff in their assigned job responsibilities.
• Monitor and manage operational expenses within allotted budget.
• Motivate and supervise staffs to meet departmental goals.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new candidates.
• Supervise all employee of the Admin/HR department

Requirements:

• HND/B.SC in any social science field with 2-3 years Admin/HR experience [Preference for more Admin experience].
• Experience in office management software like MS office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
