COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB (educations and experience required):

• BSc in any Science or Social Science courses
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources and Administration.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employee contract, leave, and insurances
• Good direction in people management
• Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business and employee needs
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong MS Word & Excel skills
• Solid communication skills

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTION:

• Manpower Management – End-to-end Recruitment and hiring processes 
• Orientation: Creates strong onboarding process and ensures availability of work tools for new joiners before resumption
• Ensure all trackers are updated on weekly basis: Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement, Training.
• Benchmark with market and advise on current policies /benefit formations and review of existing ones
• Training executions & evaluations with other functions.
• Employee life circle management, Recruitment, Probation, Confirmation, Transfer, PIP, Training & Development, Promotion, Redeployment, Exits. 
• Admin Support: Travels, accommodation, and logistics arrangements. (Local & International)
• Facilities management – Office and Residentials
• Travel Supports – Visa processing, Airport pick-ups and drop-offs, Hotel bookings etc.
• Compliance; Immigrations policies and other regulatory agencies.
