Overview

• Our client, a reputable player in the oil & gas sector, is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and driven intern to support its Finance and Supply Chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support invoicing, billing, and timely follow-up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain accurate customer account records and reconcile discrepancies
• Assist in tracking payments and preparing receivables reports
• Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and order tracking
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock reconciliation
• Ensure proper documentation of financial and supply chain transactions
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently serving NYSC) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and take initiative.
