About the Role

• As an Accounts Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations — maintaining accurate records, monitoring project costs, and supporting procurement and finance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial and project records
• Process vendor invoices and reconcile purchase orders
• Track project costs against budgets
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance (procurement/EPCI industry preferred)
• Strong grasp of project accounting and cost tracking
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
