A reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team and support accurate financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost control.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and documentation.
• Support audit processes and provide required financial information.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
