Accounts Officer at Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited

Main Duties

• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and Inter-bank Accounts Reconciliation.
• Reconcile all cash, transfer, and POS transactions
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Head of Accounts.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Reconcile bank accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily input of key financial transactions.
• Provide assistance and support to the company’s management and personnel.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end Reconciliation of accounts (Purchases, sales, inventory, expenses, transfers, payments, deposits).
• Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
• Work to continuously improve accounting/finance procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with established controls and policies
• Providegeneralaccounting and clerical support to Eatrite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic Accounting procedures
• Experience with fast food operations will be an added advantage
• Proven accounting experience, preferably as anAccounts Receivable ClerkorAccounts Payable Clerk
• Familiarity withbookkeepingand basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• MUST reside in Abuja.
