Accounts Acquisition Agent at Catilas

Our client, a leading commercial bank, urgently requires the services of Accounts Acquisition Agents (The Agents). Ideal candidate must be entrepreneurial minded with abundance of self-confidence and be excited about winning new customers. As a target driven and commissioned based position, you earn as much you want based on your productivity. You must be a quick and fast learner.

Responsibilities:

• Solicit prospective customers to open accounts with the bank
• Assists the prospective customers to adequately complete and provide all relevant documentation to meet the account opening requirements
• Maintain a robust and updated list of leads and referrals to ensure continuous flow of new accounts
• Maintain cordial relationship with branch staff to ensure quick turnaround of account opening.

Requirements

• OND/HND in any discipline
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be creative and self-motivated
• Positive disposition / enthusiasm.

Benefits

The position is commission-based plus a monthly stipend.
