Accounting Intern at Kwik Delivery

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: 

• Daily Reconciliation
• Payments to vendors and merchants
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team (e.g., filing, generating reports)
• Assisting in the collection and preparation of monthly financial reports
• Maintaining journal and general ledger entries
• Using accounting software when performing accounting duties such as generating financial reports
• Petty Cash Management
• Ensuring completion of assigned tasks as per the timeline provided
• Preparing and verifying expense reports and statements
• Any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of OND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• 1-year prior experience as an accounts intern
• Experience with accounting software and online platform
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Superb time management
• Ability to keep company and partner confidences
• Detail oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytic skills.
• Must be tech savvy
