An FMCG manufacturing company in Sabo,Yaba is searching for an Accounting officer who resides within Yaba and it's environs. 

Minimum Qualification: HND

Experience Level: Entry level

Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• Track and keeping record of customer payments
• Maintain daily update of customer & supplier ledger
• Generate invoices and receipts for goods
• Perform bank account reconciliations
• Analyze petty cash books
• Conduct periodic auditing of company accounts to spot any erroneous bank charges
• Generate periodic company financial statements for the company (Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement) to assist company management in making informed decisions
• Support preparation of annual budget, forecast and projections.

Reporting to:

Chief Executive 

Key Performance Indicators:

Actual vs. budget figures:

• Gross Revenue
• Timely rendition of financial reports 
• Optimum utilization of accounting package (ERP)
• Accurate posting of Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly transactions.

• Proficiency in modern accounting and finance productivity tools and software

Educational Qualifications/Experience:
