Gather necessary documents to support the financial reports.
Upload of the project budget on Oracle.
Prepare invoices or request for funds to the donor.
Review and ensure actual expenditures conform to the approved budget.
Support in the preparation of the yearly forecast for the project.
Coordinate yearly project audit and respond promptly to audit queries.
Review and justify partners’ financial reports on the project.
Attend to project finance related questions from the donor.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION:
BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment. ICAN/ACA Professional Certification is an added advantage.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
Have excellent communication skills.
Have a strong analytical mind.
Be very good with computer applications, especially Oracle.
Be a good team player and be honest.
Be willing to travel to project site in Kano occasionally.
