Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage our financial records, track expenses, and ensure accurate reporting of the company’s financial activities.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining transparent financial operations, preparing monthly reconciliations, and collaborating with external consultants for statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Track sales records and monitor payment status.
• Update inventory stock records and ensure proper valuation.
• Reconcile monthly financial statements and bank records.
• Prepare requisition forms for expense requests.
• Track expenses, costs, and income to determine monthly financial performance.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to determine and process monthly remittances.
• Prepare monthly staff payrolls.
• Manage general financial expenditures and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have sense of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality.
