Job Description

• Coordinate with headoffice accounting team to verify supplier’s invoices and process payments.
• Receive, examine all cost and overhead expenses invoices.
• Assist in providing accurate expenses and overhead data to be used in financial reports.
• Receive, examine, and register fixed assets invoices from suppliers.
• Ensure proper reconciliation for the invoices.
• Prepare monthly expenses reconciliation report.
• Assist in generating accurate financial reports to management for financial visibility.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide them with needed data as required.
• Ensure proper account reconciliation with suppliers and vendors to reflect accurate figures in the financial system.
• Assist in the payroll tax (PAYEE) WHT, VAT and Insurance payments.
• Check the monthly payments to be disbursed by cashier to supplier(s).
• Verify bank reconciliation monthly.
• Ensure maintaining accurate data into the system.
• Handle the intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliation.
