As an Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our Bolt Business clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction. You’ll manage a portfolio of SME/SMB accounts, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to provide tailored solutions. This is a high-impact role where communication, strategic thinking, and execution go hand-in-hand.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing Bolt Business clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Respond to client queries via email, phone, and other channels in a timely manner.
Create account plans aimed at growing volume and value, including upselling new features.
Collaborating with the Sales team to acquire, onboard new clients, and manage existing ones.
Work with international teams to address local client needs and issues.
Identify and implement scalable solutions to drive portfolio growth using automation and multi-channel communication.
About you:
You have 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles.
You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
You have strong relationship management skills and are highly organized in managing tasks and priorities.
You’re a proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and a sense of ownership.
You have experience with account planning and identifying upsell opportunities based on client needs.
You are comfortable working with international, cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools - experience is a plus.
