    Account Relationship Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing, fostering, and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and trust.
    • Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying client needs, creating tailored solutions, and driving customer engagement to meet business goals.
    • You will oversee accounts, ensure timely communication, and collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions designed to optimize the travel experience.

    Qualifications

    • Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client connections
    • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience to drive revenue growth and achieve client success
    • Marketing, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities to craft and deliver impactful proposals effectively
    • Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
    • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a significant advantage
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
