Account Officers / Cost Accountant

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 5 years
- Location Ogun
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Job Description
- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold.
- Contacting customers to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies
- Maintaining and reconciling records of payments and account statuses
- Maintaining the customers ledgers
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Auditing all invoices before payments are made
- Monitor the inventory and produce inventory reports monthly.
Qualification / Key Requirements
- A Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Ability to use Office suites and Accounting software
- Professional Accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, required
- Proven experience in Accounting/Finance role in FMCG
- Attention to detail.
