Account Officers / Cost Accountant at Chika's Wholefoods Africa Limited

Job Description

• Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold.
• Contacting customers to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies
• Maintaining and reconciling records of payments and account statuses
• Maintaining the customers ledgers
• Performing account reconciliations
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly reports
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Auditing all invoices before payments are made
• Monitor the inventory and produce inventory reports monthly.

Qualification / Key Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Ability to use Office suites and Accounting software
• Professional Accounting certification such as ICAN, ACCA, required
• Proven experience in Accounting/Finance role in FMCG
• Attention to detail.
