• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
