Account Executive at Perfetti Van Melle

Responsibilities
What you will Do:

• To update and submit on weekly basis standard consumption reports (Labour, RPM and Overheads).
• To support on the analysis and tracking of Price & Usage Variance and Inventory Write Off/Provisions.
• Daily Analysis of Production Operations to ensure timely and accurate declaration of Production Figures.
• Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Production Result from the Factory and Analysis of same.
• To ensure that Stocks are physically counted and reconciled with the Expected Stock Balances as at Count Date, and ensure specific explanations are received for variances observed.
• Responsible for safeguarding Company’s asset (Inventory), and Preparation of Monthly Inventory Valuation Reports
• Conduct Surprise Stock Counts on Stocks in all locations at least once in a Month..
• Ensure that Company controls as regards Inventory, Payables and Others as regards Company policy is followed judiciously.
• Factory Payables/Petty Cash Management.

Requirements

• Familiar with use of ERP (preferably SAP)
• Familiar with  the FMCG environment.
