Account and Finance Manager at Healthrite Pharmacy

Description

• The successful candidate will lead the team responsible for producing precise and punctual financial reports, devising and executing financial plans in harmony with the organization's objectives and will also establish and oversee budgets, oversee financial performance, and propose necessary modifications.
• Furthermore, the successful candidate will engage in comprehensive financial analysis and provide management insights to ensure profitable business operations, and uncover trends, potential risks, and opportunities, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• The incumbent will also be responsible for keeping and monitoring all assets of the company, including stock, money and receivables in addition to managing payables.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, ICAN-qualified, or in final stages. MBA an advantage
• 3 - 10 years of relevant experience, part of which must be in a trading concern. Pharma-industry experience is desirable.
• Ability to use TALLY accounting/enterprise packages, in addition to Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent business sense, self-motivated self-starter with a definite ability to work without supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Thorough understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Females preferable for gender Balance.

Remuneration

• Salary: N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
• Top of the range, commensurate with qualification, experience and competence.
