    Academic Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • An Academic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing students’ academic progress, guiding research or coursework, and ensuring educational standards are maintained. They support students and staff, monitor performance, and help improve teaching and learning outcomes.
    • You will run the Academy like it is your business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive Enrollment: Follow up on all leads, convert prospects into paying students, and collaborate with the marketing team to fill every batch.
    • Manage Classes & Delivery: Schedule classes, coordinate with facilitators, and ensure all sessions run smoothly and on time—no delays or confusion.
    • Track Student Progress: Monitor student performance, identify those falling behind, and provide timely support to ensure no student is left behind.
    • Manage Alumni Relations: Maintain relationships with past students, encourage referrals, and promote additional programs to drive repeat engagement.
    • Lead the Team: Supervise facilitators and support staff, set clear targets, and ensure accountability with a strong results-driven approach.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit monthly reports covering enrollment figures, revenue, student progress, and key challenges with clear, data-driven insights.
    • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to plan campaigns, improve enrollment strategies, and optimize batch performance.
    • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure a high-quality learning experience and continuously improve each cohort.
    • Problem Solving: Identify issues early and take swift action to resolve them before they escalate.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with 2-4 years experience
    • Experience in teaching, lecturing, academic coordination, or mentoring.
    • Strong knowledge of academic standards and basic research methods.
    • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Must be proficient in using digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM systems).
    • Must be proactive and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
    • Must be result-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
    • Must have the ability to manage and coordinate people effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management ability.
    • Good time management and problem-solving skills.
