Early Years Foundation Teacher at Montessori Hephzibah's Court

Montessori Hephzibah’s court is recruiting for an early years foundation teacher.
We are looking to hire a creative individual with a minimum of two years teaching experience, a sound knowledge of the Montessori method, an exceptional personality, a love for young children and a love for education to join our team. We strongly believe in the application of the Montessori method in teaching young children as it facilitates rapid brain development. We have modelled our system after the work of Dr. Maria Montessori and we have applied this system to the curiosity of young minds.

Educational Requirements
NCE, Early Childhood Education certificate, (B.ed will be an advantage)

Job Description

• Maintain classroom records , cleanliness and orderliness.
• Plan, develop and implement appropriate Montessori curriculum.
• Ensure safe learning environment in the classroom.
• Design educational activities that promote the physical, social and intellectual growth of pupils.
• Enhance learning abilities, healthy habits and morals in children.
• Montessori and EYFS training is compulsory.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Computer literate and good interpersonal skills in relation to pupils, parents and staff.
