We are seeking a passionate leader to become an owner manager/co-founder (individual or company) to scale up a financial services/ fin-tech startup.
The company has been in operation for less than 2 years and has during this period built a reputation in its core focused area,operating a technology platform that provides a cost-effective route to market for businesses and individauls it serves within the financila ssrvices and private equity industry.
The preferred Co-founder should have an interest and a good knowledge of entrepreneurship, startup scaling, finance, investment and partnerships that can support the brand as the choice platform for presenting opportunities in Nigeria.
They also need to be practical and hands-on as they lead product development and bring new products to the market.
Responsibilities
Manage the comaony and provide strategic direction
Identify market opportunities for growth and partnership and implement them.
Lead and Manage product development relevant to the brand
Generate ideas and opportunities for raising funds for the business and revenue generation.
Manage High level relationships and engagement with potential financers and financing partners.
Be engaged in marketing and promotion of the brand.
Build and Lead Teams
Candidate has been a co-founder or senior management of a startup with background in Finance or Technology
Or currently in a senior position in the financial services industry with background in private equity, venture capital or corporate finance.
