Employee Interface Manager at NigerDock

Responsibilities

•     Leading expat recruitment process, processing staff requisition forms for expat positions.
•     Supporting hiring manager in developing Job Description for expatriates positions.
•     Ensuring all recruitment document is completed and well documented.
•     Ensuring mobilization and demobilization of all expatriates is in line with group policy.
•     General compensations and benefit support, Investigating, assessing and recommending resolutions to all employee related issues.
•     On boarding and orientation of new expatriates' hire.
•     Advising Managers on disciplinary issues including misconduct, policy practice violation, and proffering corrective measures in line with group policy.

Qualification and Experience

•     B.Sc in Sociology, Psychology, business Admin, Human resources or any related discipline.
•     7 years minimum, 2 of which must be in a "hardship" environment.
•     Experience in Oil & Gas and construction industry preferred.
•     Software: Proficiency in MS Office HRIS (ideally Orion and HR Smart solutions).
