Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Administrator will work closely with the Lead consultant, other unit heads to provide administrative support and make inputs into other required activities:
Ensuring in conjunction with Lead Consultant and office manager that everything is in place for the effective functioning and smooth running of all departments and units.
Support and participate in formulating strategies for project executions for mentally challenged target beneficiaries.
Provide support in proposal writing, research, publicity and documentation for reference.
Work with Lead consultant to identify and develop appropriate cost saving measures for optimal office management.
Assist team members and others associated with RECONNECT International in the evaluation, researching, cultivation and solicitation of the highest risk mentally challenged audience.
Support execution of projects in identified localities of Nigeria
Ensure the formation and storage of both soft and hard copies of all staff work plans
Support Lead consultant in ensuring RECONNECT road map and strategy is adhered to for optimal service delivery to our esteemed beneficiaries.
Manage and support all Operational and administrative aspects of RECONNECT
Document and store all relevant staff, project, research and publicity materials for reference.
Carry out relevant data collection and report writing as delegated
Ensures appropriate and timely follow-up with network commitment, partners, enquiries and project planning requirements.
Works collaboratively with RECONNECT network staff, consultants and others to take advantage of cross-border opportunities and global donors.
All other duties as may be assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of university degree in either mental health, social or Behavioral sciences
Minimum of five years' experience in the health sector in both private and NGO settings, with at least a minimum of three years' experience in office administration, project and resource management
Experience in working with mental health organizations and delivering services of a high professional standard
Excellent and proven knowledge of office and resource management, documentations, filing, report writing, research and events management
Proven track record of successfully supporting M&E management on a national level.
At least five years’ people management experience ideally in multi cultural work environment.
Required Skills and Competencies, essential:
Superior interpersonal and communications skills
Strong analytical skills, database proficiency and outstanding project management, budgetary and financial skills, including target setting and monitoring
Proficiency in computer use – Microsoft office and other programs
Strong diplomatic skills, sensitivity to beneficiary issues and interest in Mental health;
Thoroughness and attention to detail and ability to work independently;
Experience working in the Health sector private, NGO environment and with people from different cultural background and cultural sensitivity
Energetic, proactive and capable of positively working in a team
Excellent people management skills, especially in interacting with beneficiaries
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Willingness and ability to travel nationally

Desirable:
Knowledge of Mental Health network in Nigeria, fundraising network of high net worth individuals
Working knowledge of Nigerian languages
Ability to multi task and flexibility of persona
Open to cleaning and divergent views on project and office management
Working Relationships:
Internal:
Interacts regularly with other all staff, Clinicians, Doctors, Management board of Reconnect and Synapse as required in fulfillment of duties.
External:
Interacts with current and prospective Consultants, Local Partners, donors or funders, beneficiaries, family members of beneficiaries, suppliers and vendors etc
