Standard Equipment Set Assistant at Whytecleon

Responsibilities

• Polish and pack airline equipment into trolleys and standard units according to specifications.
• Receive all washed equipment from Dish Wash unit
• Polish and pack airline equipment into the trolleys and standard unit according to airline’s specification.
• Make requisition of equipment from the airline store to make up for shortages or worn out equipment.
• Deadheading airline equipment in order to ensure compliance of maximum holding stock at hand.
• Handing over of equipment with documentation to internal customers.
• Keep all work area clean to ensure compliance to quality standards

Requirements

• Position is in busy, non-smoking kitchen environment
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, work with kitchen equipments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts in cold and hot conditions.
• Make yourself available for cleaning during the entire shift
• Knowledge of the operative flow and rules
• Possess relevant experience in an airline hospitality industry
• OND or equivalent qualifications will confer advantage
• Good computer skills desired
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and predictable attendance.
