Note that this tender process is competitive and selections will be made based on the evaluation criteria following:
Service specification
Acceptance of 100% payment after service delivery
Ability to provide competitive rates (Price)
Must be a registered company with proof attached (CAC, FIRS)
Applications must be in sealed envelopes with the subject ‘Tender MAR 0004 – Hotel Accommodation’ written at the top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:

Biu Borno State
Please note that Mercy Corps Ltd/Gte is VAT Exempted.
Also Mercy Corps Ltd/Gte will Deduct 5% for Individual and 10% for company in line with Government Regulation.
