    Facility Officer

    Job Duties

    • Maintenance of all company properties
    • Developing and implementing facility maintenance schedule
    • Responding to facility breakdown and system failure
    • Enduring facilities meet government and environmental, health, and safety standards
    • Energy management
    • Managing relationship with contractors and service providers
    • Keeping Proper records on facility and equipment.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc Estate Management, Building Tech, or any related courses/Environmental Sciences
    • 2 - 3 years of experiences
    • 27 - 32 years of age
