Account Assistant at Transquisite Consulting

 Our client is in urgent need of an account Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Country Accounts Manager key in data and compile information and complete accounting tasks as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check invoices for completeness and accuracy
• Manage spreadsheets of accounting information
• Maintain records of payments
• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Carry out assigned pre- and post-payment audit
• Carry out assigned account reconciliation
• Strict adherence to internal control processes and procedure
• Handling general account queries, banks and other official errands
• Preparation of assigned reports and other duties assigned by accounts manager from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• 1-2 Years post NYSC experience in similar role
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Cost Control principles, IFRS and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• • Should be able to resume by the 23rd of April.

Salary: around N109, 000 net monthly plus benefits.
