HR Consultant at Ralds & Agate

 The ideal candidate will be serving as an internal consultant by analyzing the company’s current HR programs and recommending solutions and must be willing to relocate to Port-harcourt

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience with 4+ in management roles
• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Psychology, or in a relative discipline
• MBA or MSc in HR Management
• At least one key recognized professional certification is required, e.g. CIPM/CIPD
• High level of emotional intelligence is required
• Experience in organization development
• Sound knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Laws and HSE Laws.
• Experienced in manpower planning, developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experienced in designing job descriptions, setting and monitoring KPls
• Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office
