Field Operations Training Facilitator at Petrok Oil and Gas

 Location: Nigeria, with possible missions outside Nigeria

Status: Rotation/ Expats

Job Description:

• Develop customized training modules for the operation of Client's FPSO for production operators in collaboration with the heads of the project's technical teams.
• Develop general training modules on the overview of Client's FPSO operations for all personnel.
• Provide Liaison between the process engineers for site specific training for training courses like PI,OCWR.
• Deliver Training on Commercial Operations and highlight the requirement of the Lifting agreement and the SOX control.
• Participate i OTS/ITS FAT and OTS/ITS SAT

ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Develop and deliver customized Training modules for Client's FPSO
• Development of programs, means, organization to train the client's related personnel in the domains of HSE, Operations and Organization in line with clients objectives.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Engineering degree(or equivalent)
• 5 Yrs or more on Oil and Gas trainer positions, preferably onsite
• 20 yrs experience in Oil & Gas related position
• Offshore experience
• Proficient with Trainer simulator
