    Human Resource/CS Officer

    Details:

    This position oversee all aspects of human resource management for all employees including but not limited to recruitment, induction, development and termination; in consultation with senior management oversee performance management, facilitating the process of setting benefit and compensation packages, and working with employees’ supervisors  to approved employee policies in accordance with relevant Employment law requirements

    Responsibilities:

    HUMAN RESOURCES

    • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    • Assist  in coordinating and documentation of Human Resources Information
    • In conjunction with executive management, develop and deliver written and verbal communication for all employees concerning benefits and HR policies and procedures.
    • Take overall responsibility for the training of staff on company policies, working
    • Establish formal recruitment activities, including screening and hiring new employees
    • Perform administrative functions for executive management as required.
    • Keeps an account of the documentation and of every kind of information relating to the company
    • Monitors and supervises the performance of staff to ensure productivity
    • Coordinate office functions and events
    • Prepare and manage weekly Monday strategic meeting
    • Carries out induction for newly hired employees
    • Maintain accurate and complete personnel files
    • Coordinate recruitment efforts
    • Provides support to other departments of the organization and manages admin related projects of the company.
    • Provided employee safety, welfare and Health insurance management.
    • Organizing orientation programs for new hires
    • Plan annual staff retreat
    • Identify and propose training programs for staff.
    • Prepare and manage annual leave plan for staff.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Cover essential duties in the absence of other personnel
    • Represent senior management at relevant meetings

    MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

    • University Degree in social science or similar field with minimum of 2 yearsrelevant work experience.
    • Additional qualification or trainings in Human Resource management is desirable.
    • Ability to work with extremely confidential & sensitive data.
