    Sales Operations Manager

    Job Description

    Purpose of the Role

    • Effectively manage Sales Operations for Nigeria ,to ensure Company's meetsell through and sell out targets 

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Will head a Sales Team
    • Build direct relationship with Channel Partner and also monitor operational excellence with the sales team
    • Record Sales Team performance against pre-determined KPI’s
    • Address channel partner/retailer concerns or complaints and document issues for further resolution
    • Manage collection 
    • Perform daily channel partner account reconciliation with Re distributors
    • New Outlet addition
    • Check stock in channel partner/retailer warehouse and record daily update on channel inventory and replenish where ever required
    • Organize and track weekly activities of Sales team  and Supervisors of Promoter Agency 
    • Announce any trade promos, new products, etc.
    • Supervise hiring of new promoters
    • Lead sales excellence trainings and create monthly job reviews for Sales Team ,Promoter Supervisors and  Promoters

    Accountabilities:

    • Monthly Sell Through and Sell Out Tgt
    • Collection
    • New Outlet Addition
    • Weekly meetings with Sales Team
    • Weekly check in with all Key Channel Partners to highlight urgent issues and receive any key information’s
    • Prepare and present weekly channel partner performance update
    • Responsible for Inventory Management with Channel Partners/Retailers 

     Qualifications/Requirements

    • Minimum of 10years previous experience working and that too min of 5 years with any Mobile Handset Distributor/OEM’s (preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Must be a good team player, must be innovative and proactive
    • Must be customer service oriented  
    • Target driven and proactive
    • Hardworking with a strong work ethi
    • Technology savvy
    • Good people skill with ability to communicate effectively
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Previous operations experience and an organized approach to work
    • Need vast knowledge on MS office  
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
