    HR and Communication Specialist

    Function: Commercial & Communication

    Job Description
    The main responsibility of this candidate would be as follows:

    • Be the contact for all divisional communications
    • Implement sales campaigns
    • Participate in project management for fairs and other events
    • Manage internal communication with the employees and internal company flyer/magazine
    • Develop digital tools through agencies and use of social media to reach customers
    • Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including Employer Branding, People Management, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Diversity, Organizational Change and Development, Leadership & Employee Development, Compensation Planning etc.
    • Participate in HR cross-business initiatives to maximize organizational effectiveness.
    • Ensure understanding and adherence to all relevant sustainability goals including high quality reporting and continuous improvements.
    • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to drive business strategy and change management

    Expectations

    • University degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences
    • HR professional with at least 5 years working experience in an international organisation
    • Excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills
    • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
    • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
    • Proven knowledge of Industrial Relations
    • Good understanding of regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
    • Project management skills
    • Team player - ability to work with and through others
    • Employee relations knowledge
    • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage diverse teams
    • Ability to interact across various levels in the organization
