Organizational Responsibilities

• Headhunt and poach best fit for both internal and external clients.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with relevant professional institutions and other organizations for effective recruitment in the medium and long term period.
• Manage placement project with our partners
• Based on the relationships with professional bodies, develops mutual appropriate knowledge and plans projects which enable the attraction and retention of key professionals
• Evaluate the quality of recruitment, our process and propose improvements.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Source for job opportunities for candidates from companies and through established channels.
• Implement the end-to-end selection process always ensuring the quality of the process.
• Manage the communication with candidates for the purposes of recruitment and provide all necessary documents and information for the accurate and comprehensive understanding of the Organization’s values and other information.
• Proper maintenance and update of the HR Software with the relevant candidate information

Qualifications

• Few years doing fantastic things in Recruitment.
• You must have hired across multiple industries and roles.
