Job Details

• Responsible for OCS application administration and troubleshooting of multiple Development, Test, Production and Disaster Recovery environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve OCS Application and Infrastructure issues including off hours support for production as needed
• Support Technical Application enhancements related to performance, security, patch and automated deployments using scripting
• Maintain the current response and availability service levels
• Perform trouble shooting of technical problems on Linux/Unix servers, as well as offer resolutions accordingly
• Performs daily system monitoring, health check, verify the integrity and availability of server resources, systems & key processes
• Reviewing system & applications logs and verifying completion of schedules jogs (e.g. backup)
• Document UNIX / LINUX OS/server problems and resolution for future reference
• Maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Maintain the UNIX / LINUX OS/server assets inventory
• Work as part of a team and provide 24×7 support with on-call rotation
• Proactively monitor the database systems and ensure minimum downtime
• Maintenance and improvement of databases including installation, configuration, upgrade, patches and bug fixes
• Performance tuning, including database/query tuning and re-writing SQLs

• Min Required Experience: 2 year(s)
• Min Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/HND

Salary
N1,800,000 - N1,900,000 Naira per Annum
