Support Supervisor/ Team Lead

- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Computer Science /Engineering or related field
- 2- 5 years’ experience with POS/ATM/ end user support
- Knowledge of windows 7 and Microsoft office application.
- Knowledge of IT hardware/Network – monitoring, Troubleshooting and support.
- Good and thorough knowledge of Microsoft office suites especially EXCEL
- Must have good interpersonal relationship and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication skills, very assertive with good initiatives
- Certification in ITIL, A+, MCDST,MCP, N+ an added advantage
