KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Work closely with business managers to deliver an HR agenda that supports the overall goals and objectives of their businesses. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Staff recruitment, training and development
• Administration of compensation and benefits  processes
• Employee health, safety and welfare management
• Monitor staff performance and attendance
• Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and the company’s  employment policies and procedures
• Human resource information management
• Liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and institutions
• Support HR CoE as required always.

Requirements:

• Minimum of first degree in Human Resource Management, Law or Business Adminstration
• Minimum of 4 years strategic human resource managment experience. 
• Ability to use a HR Software is very important.
• Age: Not above 35 years old. 

Locations : Lagos/Oyo/Aba

Preference will be given to applicants with a minium of 4 years human resource management experience in a manufacturing environment.
