Customer Relationship Management Administrator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Facilities , Customer Care, Success and Service
Experience: 2-5 Years.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration or similar is strongly preferred.

Required Skills / Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Veeva CRM Usage dashboard and productivity dashboard.
- Reviewing change request on Veeva.
- Uploading & collating surveys on Veeva.
- Updating coaching & knowledge assessment scores.
- Raising and following up on remedy tickets.
- Addressing any CRM related issues.
- Generating basic insights from the reports & dashboards prior to publishing.
