    Business Development Associate

     We are looking for a business development associate who can Identify new rental leads by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities.

    • Promote services by addressing or predicting landlord needs
    • Maintain fruitful relationships with new and existing partner landlords and agents.
    • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
    •  Screen potential rental transactions by analyzing market dynamics, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluate options; recommend strategy and Close new transactions by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
