Provide overall leadership and strategic direction
Responsible for the operational management and represents the firm with Government, Local and International Organizations.
Takes a lead in developing, overseeing implementation, reviewing and monitoring of ongoing projects and ensuring the same in line with company’s strategic directions and overall focus.
The CEO is also responsible for developing new initiatives, new partnerships and maintaining existing partnerships as well as actively leading ongoing projects.
Responsible for overall financial and human resources and operations management of the company in the Country as well as liaison with key stakeholders and identification of areas for innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications/Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, social sciences, strategic management, management studies or other related discipline
Professional training in Sales and Marketing
Good knowledge of ICT
PC proficiency i.e. MS Office
Excellent communication, leadership, team, problem solving skills
Project Management experience
5 - 8 years’ experience with at least 3 years in management position
